This is a 52 week Strength and Recomposition Program that focuses on progressive overload with simple to follow movements in a gym setting.
This program is divided into 6 cycles consisting of 7 weeks of strength driven and hypertrophic workouts. On the 8th week a de-load week will be implemented to assist with recovery before starting another cycle. Every cycle will consist of new movements and challenges.
The key is to stay consistent and achieve results that will last a lifetime.
