This is NOT for everybody, but if you're committed to training 4 days per week, recovering outside of your training, and giving 100% effort in each session, I'm committed to coaching you toward your goals.

Wil is a weightlifting and sports performance coach. Wil coaches athletes from elite weightlifters to beginners, Olympians to masters athletes. Prior to being a coach Wil was an Olympic Trials participant and an all-American athlete. Wil was a world champion at the 2019 master's world championship in weightlifting.
