Wil is a weightlifting and sports performance coach. Wil coaches athletes from elite weightlifters to beginners, Olympians to masters athletes. Prior to being a coach Wil was an Olympic Trials participant and an all-American athlete. Wil was a world champion at the 2019 master's world championship in weightlifting.
