This is a power lifting program designed for building strength. Three days per week of three compound lifts and one accessory movement per body group. The workouts last 75-90 minutes, and are based off percentages. This is not a program that will improve your conditioning, gymnastics, or olympic lifts.

FAQs
How long are the workouts
The workouts can last 75-90 minutes. However, if you are taking your time, it could take up to 120 minutes. It's a lot of volume but it's only 3 days per week.
What if I can't get it all in due to time?
It's suggested to prioritize the larger compound lifts, and leave out the accessory movements.
