This is a program for beginner to intermediate lifters. Throughout this program, we are going to be building the foundation that will carry into every program here on out. No fluff, no flashy moves. Beauty in the basics. Don't let the word "basics" mislead you. These are still going to be hard workouts. Building Skills, muscle, and confidence! There are 4 Phases you will progress through, each phase is 4 weeks long.
