The best ability is availability and soccer is a demanding sport. Using the most up to date techniques in sport, we prepare you for the demands that soccer puts on your body. Building strength and mobility concurrently to prevent injuries and as a bonus, improve your athleticism.

Improved Strength and Power
Strength is the mother of all qualities. Strength training has been shown in studies to reduce injury rates by up to 2/3s. Strength is also the driving force behind vertical jump, acceleration, deceleration and much more. We improve you relative strength to your bodyweight to build elite strength and power.

FAQs
What if I have a pre-existing injury?
Consult with your doctor first but the program was designed so that you can scale to whatever level you're currently at. Remember never work through pain. We have seen so amazing transformations by scaling to your pain free level
What equipment do I need?
The only equipment you'll need is a barbell with plates, dumbbells, and ideally a 45 degree back extension and cable machine. Check out my full equipment list here: www.skaarperformance.net/equipment
How old do I have to be?
18 is the minimum age to join on your own. Under 18 you'll need parent or guardian permission.
Am I too old?
As long as you have to goal to play soccer you're not too old! All of the exercises included scale to whatever level you're at currently!
