This is an intermediate to advance muscle building program with a primary focus on arms. I may not be able to get your arms to look like the Rocks, as you would need his parents and his genetics, cause that's likely what it will take... But, if you want YOUR arms to be as big as they can be and you want to bust some shirt sleeves open - this program is for you! This program is what I would consider a push, pull, lower, hybrid. Keeping the focus on the meaty movements... while progressing to some brutally dense bodybuilding style volume toward the final phase of the program.
