Our Beginner Hybrid is an introductory program to the Atomic method of strength and conditioning.

This 4-week program is designed for new athletes as well as those returning from a break.

Beginner Hybrid systematically builds your fitness through a variety of strength exercises and conditioning circuits.

If you've been away for a while or are just starting out, and are looking to build a high level of functional fitness, this is the perfect program for you.

Only Basic Equipment Needed
All you'll need is basic gym equipment that can be found in almost any gym to follow The Beginner Hybrid Program. Specialized equipment is fun, but not necessary to build a high level of general fitness.

Coach Jake Saenz is the Founder and Director of Atomic Athlete. He's been coaching professionally for over 15 years and has travelled the country instructing various military organizations in exercise science and mission specific programming. Jake is US Army Veteran where he served as a team leader in the 75th Ranger Regiment.

Co-founder and Operations manager Tod Moore has been with Atomic Athlete since 2010. He's been professionally coaching athletes of all disciplines both at our Austin locations. Coach Moore also runs our yoga and resilience programs with a focus on longevity.

How long do I have access to the program?
Forever!
Can I still run on the side?
Absolutely, we suggest using the rest days to work on aerobic conditioning and activities like running, riding, swimming, and BJJ are great for this.
How do I get a hold of a coach?
You can reach out to us via the app or by emailing Coach@atomic-athlete.com. We usually respond same day.
