Staying on top of training as a new father can be difficult. Whether you have been training and want a way to maintain through the first month of being a father, or you are just looking for workouts to get you into the swing of training as a dad, look no further.

This is a 2-3-day program with relatively short sessions that are focused on getting the basics checked off. Primarily barbell and dumbbell based, but free to modify based on what you have access to. Congrats on fatherhood and stay jacked!
