And Then There Were Two is taking your kettlebell training to next level by perfecting all the skills you have learned to this point now but with...two bells.

This 6-week program is going to take you on journey to improving your strength, mobility, endurance, and power.

We've seen what double bell work can do for our clients going from chronic pain to high level performance, we're excited to see what it can do for you!

We not only teach you how to perform the skills but we give provide you with a strong foundation so that you can move better and feel better during the process.

Every workout is structured so that you will warm up properly, improve your weakness, learn technical efficiency, and gain strength/power that you never had before.

Level up your endurance and strength
The kettlebell becomes a different kind of tool when you use two at once. The amount of improvements we see in people's cardio and explosiveness after utilizing double bells always shocks us. There is no way to test your fitness and also improve it than with double bell work.

We are performance minded physical therapist that see common mobility issues that are very common day in and day out of our facility. Our movement prep is curated to address these issues and work upstream of them. You won't only get stronger and improve your cardio, you'll improve your mobility and the way you move.

Who is this training appropriate for?
This program is perfect for anyone that wants to elevate their kettlebell training as well as fitness and healthcare providers that want to learn how to implement double kettlebell training with their clients.
Which kettlebells should I have? (at least one PAIR is required)
Males with <1 year of general training(16kg, 20kg, 24kg) and >1 year of general training(20kg, 24kg, 32kg). Females with <1 year of general training(8kg, 12kg, 16kg) and >1 year of general training(12kg, 16kg, 20kg).
How will I have access to our coaches?
You will be able to chat with your coach through the message board where you can ask questions along with post videos to get feedback on your technique.
When does this program start?
You get to select the start date when you purchase the program.
How long will I have access to the program?
You will have access to the program for the calendar year once you decide on a start date.
Will this program certify me to be a kettlebell coach?
This program is not a certification to train other people. However, you have the option to get your skills critiqued at the end of the program to receive a certificate of competency showing that you have developed technical efficiency with the movements.
