Enter the Ballistics is for the seasoned kettlebell athlete looking to build on their foundational skills by introducing ballistic movements such as the jerk and snatch under the guidance of certified kettlebell coaches.

This 6-week program will review and fine tune the squat, deadlift, swing, clean, and turkish get-up while learning advanced skills such as the jerk and snatch. Our coaches are doctorate trained physical therapist who have helped hundreds of people learn how to use kettlebells.

We not only teach you how to perform the skills but we give provide you with a strong foundation so that you can move better and feel better during the process.

Every workout is structured so that you will warm up properly, improve your weakness, learn technical efficiency, and gain strength/power that you never had before.

Improve your fitness and ability to move
Refine your ability to squat, deadlift, swing, clean, press, and turkish get-ups while learning how to perform the snatch and the jerk. Our program is created to build on each workout and our coaches can provide you feedback throughout the learning process to make sure you are technically sound.

We hold our students to a high standard
At the end of your program, you get a chance to submit your technique videos where our coaches will grade you on your proficiency. If you pass then you will receive a certificate of competency but if you need to resubmit then we will provide you feedback on how to improve.

Every workout has a movement prep that will be targeted towards general weaknesses that we see in a lot of the clients we work with in the gym as well as lagging muscles that don't typically get targeted in kettlebell training, this is your complete training solution to feel better and move better.

Who is this training appropriate for?
This program is perfect for anyone that is starting out with their kettlebell training as well as fitness and healthcare providers that want to learn how to implement kettlebell training with their clients.
Which kettlebells should I have? (at least one is required)
Males with <1 year of general training(16kg, 20kg, 24kg) and >1 year of general training(20kg, 24kg, 32kg). Females with <1 year of general training(8kg, 12kg, 16kg) and >1 year of general training(12kg, 16kg, 20kg).
How will I have access to our coaches?
You will be able to chat with your coach through the message board where you can ask questions along with post videos to get feedback on your technique.
When does this program start?
You get to select the start date when you purchase the program.
How long will I have access to the program?
You will have access to the program for the calendar year once you decide on a start date.
Will this program certify me to be a kettlebell coach?
This program is not a certification to train other people. However, you have the option to get your skills critiqued at the end of the program to receive a certificate of competency showing that you have developed technical efficiency with the movements.
