Couch to Clean is the premier kettlebell training program for people that want to learn how to learn the fundamental skills under the guidance of certified kettlebell coaches.
This 6-week training program will help you master the squat, deadlift, swing, clean, and turkish get-up. Our coaches are doctorate trained physical therapist who have helped hundreds of people learn how to use kettlebells.
We utilize a very systematic approach to teaching where every workout builds on one another so there is a logical progression of skills.
