Who is this training for?
This program is geared towards those who already have experience with cardio and are looking to amp up their cardiovascular endurance. Recommend being able to run 1.5-2 miles prior to starting.
What should I expect on an average training day?
You will get a warm-up, a workout, and a recovery portion. All components will have a details as to what you are supposed to do and how things are supposed to feel. There will also be a description for each day so you know what to expect.
Will this help me get better at CrossFit or similar training plans?
Absolutely! This plan incorporates a lot of similar machines and workout formats that are used in CrossFit. As well as the workouts are varied and you will see a mix of fast days, slow days, days where you will use machines and run or just machines. There is plenty of variance!
