This program is for those who want to dramatically boost up there numbers on their Olympic lifts and become stronger than they have ever been before!  Devoted to increasing your competency, strength and control in the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.  This program is named Chimera after the Ancient Greek mythological creature that had the body and head of a lion, along with a goats head and a serpent for a tail.  

    The name Chimera really fits well with this program because during each training week you will work on different qualities, positions and attributes associated with the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.  The Program is 12 weeks in length with 3 training days per week.  Every 3 weeks a new cycle of training will begin focusing on different aspects of the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Each week will have a volume day, a speed day and max effort day. This way your always training optimally with each part of the lifts covered.
