Want to improve your 5k and 1 mile run without destroying yourself wit running volume? This is the program for you. This program is perfect to add on top of a Release Point: ATHLETE or POWER-BUILDING track or your own strength and Conditioning routine.
RP: SPEED is 3x conditioning sessions a week for 9 weeks. the 10th week is a testing week. There are 2-3 runs per week, cycling out 1x machine conditioning session a week to keep your legs feeling fresh. Tags us in your PR's!
