Some of the best deadlifters in the world use movements such as farmer walks and suitcase deadlifts to increase their ability. Some of the best football players in the world use tire flips and sand bag carries to increase their ability. Becoming "harder to kill" is the ultimate mindset that you are not only strong enough to reach your goals, but you are becoming an individual that could very well be HARDER TO KILL!

Implementing this program will help you in many ways. Through the use of plyometrics, you begin many days with explosive activity to awaken your soul and get you ready for action. You will perform a mix of barbell movements and strongman movements to make you increase your strength plus dynamic ability. And lastly, you will do heavy volume movements to elicit size to add to your strength.
