This six-week program includes three training sessions per week, concentrating on the hips by EXPLORING ROTATION, ADDRESSING TENSION, RESTORING RANGE OF MOTION, and STRENGTHENING that range.

Each training session features instructional videos for every exercise, complete with coaching cues and explanations of their purpose, all laid out for the entire six weeks!
