Mobility is the ability to move (MIND BLOWN!!!). It's more than just stretching. To me its multi joint movement that opens up ranges of motion and the body being able to smoothly move together. We focus on owning positions actively in these ranges of motion with this program.

This is a 6 week program that has 3 sessions per week. Sessions are designed to be 15-20 minutes geared towards full body movement. As a kicker/punter we need mobility in certain areas to be able to perform our best and maintain our longevity. Those areas of focus are ankle, hip, thoracic spine and shoulder mobility. These sessions are designed for adding to your existing program like after a workout or as a 2 a day model.

Once finished, you are able to repeat the program for as many times as you want. As you improve movement and ranges of motion... the movement changes, which makes you more durable every cycle.

Starting kicker for 4 years at The University of Tulsa. I tied the record for most field goals in a season and hold the record for all time scoring leader at the university. I then went on to continue playing at the pro level signing with the Chicago Bears (NFL) for the off season and then playing for the Houston Blues (Spring League).
