Movement Wellness is a multidisciplinary approach to moving and breathing better

I have combined my knowledge of the Functional Movement Screen (GRAY COOK), my knowledge of breathing, my knowledge of ELDOA exercises, and my creativity to invent Mobility Cardio and Mobility Strength exercises.

This 6 week program includes 4 workouts a week, lasting 15-30 minutes. This program can be added to any existing programs, for athletes or fitness enthusiasts.

Who could benefit from this program?
Really ANYBODY! Athletes, weekend warriors, anyone recovering from inquires, Kids!
What are Mobility Cardio and Mobility Strength Exercises?
What I have done is taken a well known mobility exercise, and creatively added on a movement to either make it more cardio centric or strength centric
What are ELDOA Exercises?
The ELDOA exercises are myofascial stretches that lengthen the spine, improve posture, and relieve back pain. Each ELDOA exercise addresses a specific joint or spinal region
What is the FMS?
The Functional Movement Screen is a 7-part movement test that identifies asymmetries and weak links that would increase the risk of an exercise/sport related injury. Once identified, an algorithm is used to produce a correct exercise routine. This program contains many of these exercises.
