Movement Wellness is a multidisciplinary approach to moving and breathing better
I have combined my knowledge of the Functional Movement Screen (GRAY COOK), my knowledge of breathing, my knowledge of ELDOA exercises, and my creativity to invent Mobility Cardio and Mobility Strength exercises.
This 6 week program includes 4 workouts a week, lasting 15-30 minutes. This program can be added to any existing programs, for athletes or fitness enthusiasts.
