This is a challenging a fun program using double kettlebell cleans, front squats and push-ups. The focus is on using volume and time under tension to force hypertrophy and conditioning adaptations. You don't need a lot of equipment, just a minimum of 6 ft by 6 ft space and a pair of equally weighted kettlebells. So great on time and minimal equipment.
