A linear progression of a double kb complex first seen by me on Instagram. Rebecca Rouse offered the complex up as a fun little conditioning complex. I saw the potential for something related to strength and hypertrophy.
This is a revision of the original. After testing, the result wasn't very impressive. So I reconfigured in order to double the volume.
*Students should be able to do 20 very good standard push-ups, and have pretty solid dkb clean technique.
