This program is for advanced baseball players looking to maintain strength they've built throughout the off-season. This program will minimize the strength typically lost throughout a season without overworking the athlete. With low sets and reps, but maintaining high-intensity, you will continue to perform at a high-level on the field without feeling fatigued. When the season finishes, you will be in a great spot to continue to improve your strength qualities in the off-season.

It is critical to continue to lift during the season to maintain the improvements made in the off-season. This program includes low volume, but encourages high-intensity to maintain good strength qualities without over-fatiguing the athlete.
