Attached here are all "Level 1" mobility follow along videos for basically any body part you need! I have level 2 and level 3 for ALL of these videos. However, I am only attaching level 1 videos so I do not overwhelm you with 36 videos attached here. If you are someone who wants level 2 and 3 videos for a specific body part please message me separately and I will send them to you (you should only move on to level 2 and 3 after a few weeks of consistently doing level 1). These videos are not just intended to be relaxing, chill, stretching mobility videos. These videos and workouts are meant to permanently increase mobility in areas that are chronically tight on you through PROPER mobility training. And in many cases, that proper mobility training can decrease a lot of pain and discomfort in said area. So if you have a problem area on your body...pick that video and get to movin!
