LGN - Look Good Naked is a program designed for full body development. This periodized program takes you through four (4) full mesocycles ranging from low volume, high volume, and strength training blocks so you can re-run the program over and over again and continue to make great gains.
This program is specifically designed for optimal full body development. Low volume blocks are broken into upper and lower days. While the high volume blocks are a variation of push, pull, legs. Exercises are precisely chosen to target each muscle in both shortened and lengthened ranges of motion. Sets and volume are closely monitored.
