This program is for anyone looking to take their Olympic Lifts to the next level. This isn't limited to the advanced lifter. It's for ALL levels of experience. The program is equipped with a squat cycle, accessory lifts and prep/activation for each day. I have personally done numerous lifting cycles, so this program is a culmination of all the things that I believe work to get you where you want to be.

Linear Progression
The start of this cycle will help you find a current max. From there, the next 7 weeks will be spent building off of those numbers with the end goal of new Personal Records.

Time Sensitive.
Olympic lifters are known for taking 10 minutes between sets. The reality is, we don't all have time to waste. Almost every single lift in this program is done on an EMOM clock, to prevent wasting time.

You'll find this program to be very organized. You'll do the same lifts on the same days each week. With this method, we can mentally and physically prepare for future training days.
