**Lean & Strong**, is a program designed for those who want to focus on becoming their strongest version of themselves. The main objective of this program is to build muscles & get leaner. Conditioning, whether you call it conditioning, cardio, or energy systems, most fitness professionals struggle to put all the pieces together when it comes to conditioning. In this program you will build your energy systems to be able to function better in every day life, Improve your cardiovascular system, manage weight and improve mental toughness.

Why Lean & Strong is different:

**Stupid Simple** sticking to the basic movement patterns that are important for the human body. This program focus's on the patterns instead of the exercise. there is an alternative for all exercises to target a specefic movement.
**Conditioning** Most programs add 10 mins of cardio or a HIIT circuit into the program and call it a day. However, most programs are unstructured or random. Unfortunately, the conditioning part is highly neglected when it comes to health and general fitness. In this program you will build your energy systems to be able to function better in every day life. Improve your cardiovascular system, manage weight and improve mental toughness.
