Athletic Power is for athletes who want to develop knock out power, increase vertical jump or increase overall power output in any sport. Athletes will progress through two (three week) phases, beginning with the foundational phase to build strength that reflects on your performance while focusing on proper movement patterns and techniques, followed by a specific speed strength, speed and power phase.
