UA Speed, Strength & Power Program
ULTIMATE SPEED breaks movements down into three different areas: Acceleration, Maximal Velocity, and Multi-Direction. Because of the different demands and the amount of drills that need to be covered to master each primary focus, each discipline requires its own day of training.
ULTIMATE STRENGTH is another big component for athletes looking to increase rate of force production and power output that will directly translate to a bigger vertical jump and more overall power on the field.
The third piece of the puzzle is our ULTIMATE ATHLETIC CONDITIONING program. This helps our athletes' overall stamina and fitness levels, but also will improve the athletes' overall speed and power endurance, which is such a key component in most sports.
Lastly, we believe in developing our ULTIMATE ROTATIONAL athletes with certain movements/protocols performed in the transverse plane to help rotational power for throwing a football, swinging a baseball bat, or hitting a tennis ball.
