This is a community for anyone who wants to get strong and aerobically fit at the same time. An exciting, time efficient and well thought out full body training structure that anyone can do. This is also a place where I will trial workouts that will eventually be featured in our upcoming training communities, STRONG45 and FIT30. Join the team, compete, get better, and follow along with the actual training that I am doing on a day to day basis to run far, lift heavy, and become more athletic.
