Do you love the gym?  Have you hit a stalemate on your progress or just sick of trying to make your own programs?  I've been training myself for over 16 years and other for over 10.  I have a systematic approach to creating effective programs that will increase your strength and performance in the gym!  This program is based in principles that work that I use on my athletes everyday and what I use on myself more specifically to increase strength. 

This is not a program for people who don't have experience in the weight room.  This is for someone who has been training for years and feel confident in their ability to train hard and perform exercises in the weight room proficiently.
