This is a programming subscription for our KTS baseball athletes that may not be able to make it into our gym at the moment but still want to experience our training system!

With this subscription you will have programming for the high school baseball position player 365 days a year sent right to your phone!  Not only that you will be able to access up to 2 sessions per month in which you can come into our gym and get coached up in person!

In addition you will be able to have direct contact to me for any questions you have with your program, I will be able to see the weight you do and I can give you advice through the app on any changes you can make to the program to better suite you in real time!

pretty much anything you would find at your local commercial gym.If you don't have access to certain equipment // read the notes in the exercises.  I will often give suggestions on alternatives which it's equipment based or use of accommodating resistance and weight percentages.
