Raised in dance, Kate’s lifelong passion for movement and health guided every step of her journey. After university she briefly entered finance, but long desk-bound days made her true calling unmistakable. She became a certified trainer and evolved from aesthetic goals to functional training, studying biomechanics and postural restoration. Her training style now reflects these principals.
