Train Confident - Intermediate Program is for those who have a solid fitness base and are looking for a challenge to push them to the next level in their tactical fitness training.

This programming is of moderate/ high intensity and should not be taken lightly. If more of a moderate intensity workout is what you desire, check out the Train Confident - Basic Program. If you need more, check out the Train Confident - Elite Program.
