Traffic Control Green Team: Whether you've progressed from Traffic Control's Red or Yellow program or just want a well-balanced training regimen, TC Green is designed for the athlete seeking daily strength and conditioning work. TC Green moves athletes through purposeful progressions that build strength for life, keeping you active inside and outside the gym.
Traffic Control Green Express Team: The TC Green Express track is for athletes seeking a more equipment-friendly, simple, barbell free option. Training pieces will last under an hour and require minimal equipment, allowing you to build strength for life with maximum efficiency.
Cruise Control Team: This is an aerobic booster program, with 3 days dedicated to either mobility, bodybuilding, or core endurance. Whether the plan is an active recovery day, building physique, or improving midline resilience, all 3 days are designed to complement your training week.
Traffic Control Red Programs: Traffic Control Red is designed for the athlete with immediate symptoms provoked by a specific movement pattern. Under all Traffic Control Red programs, athletes can expect to train safely while simultaneously resting their injury, avoiding the movement pattern completely for a period of time. We offer 3 program tracks: Upper Body Push/Pull, Hinge, and Squat pattern with equipment friendly Express versions as well (6 total programs).
Traffic Control Yellow Programs: Traffic Control Yellow is a progression from the Red programs, designed for the athlete whose symptoms are provoked by heavy or high-volume in a specific movement pattern. Over the course of an eight-week yellow cycle, athletes can expect to systematically increase volume of the affected movement pattern, with an aim of returning to sport without fear of re-injury. We offer 3 program tracks: Upper Body Push/Pull, Hinge, and Squat pattern with equipment friendly Express versions as well (6 total programs).

Verified Athlete"I came to Katie for help recovering from ACL surgery. At 1.5 years post op, I still struggled with significant weakness and limited mobility. I started the Yellow program, and within a week, I already felt stronger and more confident. The program challenged me both physically and mentally."

Verified Athlete"I didn’t know if I’d ever lift heavy or compete at a high level again after my back injury, but Katie got me there. I not only got back to competing, I’ve won functional competitions, powerlifting meets, 5K races and qualified for CrossFit quarterfinals twice."
