FAQs
Do they need to go to a gym?
No. All the sessions can be done at home with very minimal equipment that you will have around the house (tennis ball, towel, cone, bottle, step). Occasionally a resistance band or a small weight will be handy, but not essential.
Do they have to be playing sport?
No. This programme is designed for anyone looking to work on their movement and strength. If they are, this will compliment their sport perfectly and they may want to include some exercises and drills as a warm up.
What if they are injured?
This completely depends on the injury - you may need to consult a doctor or physiotherapist prior to starting as each injury will be slightly different.
