Un-Trainable is the apex of all things strength, conditioning and general physical preparedness. It is the culmination of years of practice and years of study.

Every week, coaches Tom and Dr Knuckles put their heads together to keep the next mini-block of training fresh and current, with the goal of bringing you the most effective and accessible programme possible.

Un-Trainable team members will get stronger, fitter, jacked, faster, springier and become generally more athletic.

We believe in training all physical qualities year-round, so Un-Trainable misses nothing and you get maximum carryover into life and sport.

All of your training bases are covered; we balance development of all physical qualities simultaneously. The fitness sessions give you a choice of workout (running or gym-based conditioning), and include some optional extra accessory work 💪

FAQs
Do I need to have a certain amount lifting experience?
The programme is designed more for intermediate and advanced lifters, so people with atleast some amount of training experience and who are comfortable in a gym setting.
Can I join in the middle of a training block?
You can join whenever! The programme is designed such that you can jump in at any point. The prescription method for training load allows you to scale the weights according to your current capabilities, and for anything else, coaches Tom and Dr Knuckles can help you get settled in.
How many days a week is it?
The programme is spread across 5 days i.e., 3 x programmed gym sessions and 2 x programmed conditioning/run sessions.
