Un-Trainable: Foundations is designed for beginner-to-intermediate gym goers who want to add structure to their exercise and start building some strength and fitness. It provides access to a training programme that is built to be adaptable around you, as well as access to coaches Tom and Dr Knuckles for feedback and guidance, whenever you need it.

We believe that the best programme is the one you can stick to for the long haul, so we've made every effort to make the amount of training realistic and we'll support you to adjust the programme to fit into your life.

The best programme is the one you can stick to. Un-Trainable: Foundations aims to get you strength training twice per week along with some attention to your cardiorespiratory fitness, and your coaches will help you adjust that amount as needed.

Zero Guesswork
Our programming takes out all the guesswork; just log in! All movements are fully explained, with attached video tutorial, so you'll know exactly how to perform each exercise to get the most out of your training. Plus, our coaches will help you adapt the exercises based on the equipment you have access to. Stats from very workout are recorded and stored for you to keep track of your progress.

Nakul (Knuckles) holds a PhD in Strength & Conditioning and has worked with a wide range of recreational, semi-professional and professional athletes from youth academies to senior levels in several sports.

FAQs
Do I need to be experienced in the gym?
No! The programme is designed for beginner-to-intermediate trainees and your coaches will support you in any way you need within the app.
Can I join in the middle of a block?
You can join whenever! The programme is designed such that you can jump in at any point. The prescription method for training load allows you to scale the weights you use according to your current capabilities, and for anything else, coaches Tom and Dr Knuckles can help you get settled in.
How many days a week is it?
The programme is spread across 3-4 days (one is optional!). There are 2 pure strength training sessions, 1 mixed with cardio, and 1 optional weekend cardio day which can easily be replaced with any active hobby!
How will I know I'm doing things right?
Your coaches are on hand for you to ask any questions within the team-chat feature of the app. Plus, you can send through video for a technique check anytime.
