Who is the program for?
Dads who already want to train and stay physically capable, but need more structure, consistency, and simplicity around their training.
Is this suitable for beginners?
This programme is best suited to dads with some training experience already. If you are completely new to training, 1-1 coaching would likely be more appropriate initially.
How long will sessions last?
Most sessions take around 45–60 minutes depending on the day and your setup.
What equipment will I need?
The programme is primarily designed around garage gym and commercial gym setups using barbells, dumbbells, benches, conditioning equipment, and basic accessories.
Is this bodybuilding or Crossft?
Neither. The system combines strength work and conditioning into a more sustainable approach focused on long-term performance, fitness, and consistency for Dads.
What if I miss sessions because of work or family life?
That’s part of real life — and exactly why the programme is built around sustainable structure rather than perfection.
Is there coaching or community support?
