Goal of the workout: Keep your heart rate high but sustainable. Focus on quality movement over speed. Take water breaks as needed. 25-Minute Timer – Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP): 10 Bodyweight Squats 8 Push-Ups 10 Single Leg Glute Bridges 8 Inverted Rows 30 second Jump Rope or Marching in place.

FAQs
How long do the workouts on average take to complete?
It will depend on your current level of fitness. The goal is to keep it at roughly an hour in length. This enables you to regain the multiple hour long workouts you have done in the past.
Who is the Beginner Program set up for?
The Beginner Program is set up for people who are just starting or have spent no more than a year of consistently working out in the gym.
Can I still join the program mid month?
Yes, we recommend starting the program when you sign up. You will pick up where you need to, and after a great week of training, you will begin to develop the desired effects of the program.
What do I need to start this program?
While it is recommended to use a gym, we want you to feel comfortable starting out. All you need is a space on a floor and if you want to upgrade and get a mat, even better!
