I have tested these workouts on top athletes.

FAQs
Is this program only for athletes?
We consider life a sport which makes all of us athletes. The same programs that have helped professional athletes reach new heights in their athletic careers will also help you meet the demands of daily life.
How often do the workouts change?
Every week I sit down and write all original workouts for the week. I monitor the app and the progress of all the athletes. I look for similarities in where athletes have great success and where they are experiencing difficulty and adjust the workouts accordingly to maximize results for everyone.
What if I don't know any of the exercises?
Our app has videos demonstrating the proper way to do all of the exercises we use in the program. If you are having difficulty or are just unsure about an exercise I would be happy to schedule a time to review a video of you doing the exercise and make the necessary corrections.
Is this program too intense for a beginner?
No. Anyone can do this program. Every person will use a different weight based on their own strength levels. All of the exercises can be modified or substituted to work around injuries. We are working in a group setting but this workout is YOURS.
