An Olympic lifting program designed for the novice lifter. This is for those who have the fundamental basics already and are looking to improve on strength and technique. Our program includes 4 days of pre planned structured training per week that follow a yearly plan in developing long term improvements in the classic lifts and strength movements.

If you're stuck in a gym doing your own thing, or lacking direction on how to progress this program is for you. It requires minimum equipment outside of the basic free weights and WL equipment and can be modified to fit what you have. Programming includes access to messaging with a coach as well as video demonstrations and instruction to help guide you through the day to day.
