This team is for anyone who is serious about competing in Strongman. It will be laid out in such way that you can use it as an off season structure for general strength and proficiency in the Strongman events, or I will help you make the needed adjustments for it to be used as a peaking program heading into a specific contest. I will always be available within the team chat to answer questions and help you adjust the program to your specific needs.

I have included lots of notes for alternate exercises to plug in for any specific contest you might have coming up, or specific weaknesses you need to work on. If you've been frustrated in the past trying to set up your own program for Strongman or are not quite ready to jump head first into 1 on 1 coaching, this team is made for you! You'll also be able to interact with the rest of your teammates to bounce ideas of each other, talk a little trash(all in good fun), or compete against them within the team.

Technical Proficiency
Learn all the little tricks and tips to become a master of each strongman event. While you obviously need to be strong to compete in Strongman, there is also a huge technical aspect that people often overlook. Learn from my over 15 years in the sport all the little things that make a HUGE difference in your performance!

We all know training alone can be tough. It can be hard to get and stay motivated to push as hard as you need to in order to make progress. When you join this team you'll be able to compete with everyone else on the team! So while you might be alone in your actual training, you'll be a part of something bigger than will help push you harder to get the results you're after!

I've been at both ends of the weight spectrum as well, with my heaviest Strongman days weighing at 330lbs at 5'11", to now being right around 215lbs. It's been an awesome journey!! I'm here to help you build Strength, Power, Endurance, and Durability!
