This team is for anyone who is serious about competing in Strongman. It will be laid out in such way that you can use it as an off season structure for general strength and proficiency in the Strongman events, or I will help you make the needed adjustments for it to be used as a peaking program heading into a specific contest. I will always be available within the team chat to answer questions and help you adjust the program to your specific needs.
I have included lots of notes for alternate exercises to plug in for any specific contest you might have coming up, or specific weaknesses you need to work on. If you've been frustrated in the past trying to set up your own program for Strongman or are not quite ready to jump head first into 1 on 1 coaching, this team is made for you! You'll also be able to interact with the rest of your teammates to bounce ideas of each other, talk a little trash(all in good fun), or compete against them within the team.

I've been at both ends of the weight spectrum as well, with my heaviest Strongman days weighing at 330lbs at 5'11", to now being right around 215lbs. It's been an awesome journey!!
