Rather than following traditional periodization, I utilize a concurrent approach developing multiple physical qualities—strength, speed, power, mobility, and endurance—simultaneously. This approach builds well-rounded athletes with greater adaptability. With fights happening year-round, often on short notice, this method ensures athletes stay prepared for the demands of competition at any time.
