This is the age when the players have the biggest window of opportunity to increase strength, power, explosive strength, speed, and agility. For player's athletic development, it is important to start getting exposed to strength and conditioning. We place heavy emphasis on proper mechanics during dynamic movements. We go after muscle groups that are primarily deficient at this age and are required to meet the demands of a soccer game. The program focuses on power and agility as well as speed.

The benefits of the strength training has been established for decades. Strength training will maximize your training capcity, build muscle and support growth.

Reduce Injuries
Adherence to the program will reduce the chances of noncontact ligament injuries. The program will consist of a large number of plyometric exercises specific to soccer, which research shows reduce injuries. The program will strengthen muscle groups, which this age group is mostly deficient in.
