This is program is designed for women with little to no experience in gyms. Everything is spelled out in easy to understand terms with simple progressions. Exercises are kept simple and with progressive overload. It starts off with two full body training sessions per week designed to train the entire body in as little time as possible. Off days feature optional cardio that you can do on your own terms. Get started today!
