Do you love hammering WODs, but hate the way your body feels? Are you putting in hours of work, but not looking like you train as hard as you do? Then Rx Athlete was designed for you!

Using my legendary concurrent approach to strength training & conditioning, this training plan is the holy grail of training seamlessly blending strength, power, anaerobic, and aerobic conditioning into one masterpiece of a program.

This program will challenge you while leaving you feeling you're doing the 'right' work for the right reasons.

No more random BS WODs you saw some influencer doing that doesn't know their a$$ from their elbow.

This cohesive training plan will bring you the pinnacle of your fitness while building a resilient and athletic physique.

This program is not for the faint of heart though and requires you have knowlege of the Olympic Lifts, Gymnastics, and more.

Sessions take between 60-70 minutes and you'll need access to equipment found at most boxes or well-equipped home gyms.

Become Brutally Strong
Leverage FULL BODY Training, and experience PRs like never before. Full Body training not only aligns well with a CrossFit approach but allows you to cover all of your bases each week.

Conditioning The Right Away
Conditioning is the single most butchered aspect of fitness, but when used properly, it can skyrocket strength gains. Being more well-conditioned means a stronger ability to recover IN and OUTSIDE of your training sessions, which means you can go harder when it's time. Don't overlook this incredible tool for gains and heart health. This program contains both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.

Peak Sustainability
Rx Athlete is a program that prioritizes sustainability while pushing you to your limits. Program hopping kills results, and programs that focus on one single quality of fitness like strength, endurance or competition, leave room for burnout and almost always improve one quality while diminishing another. Rx Athlete is a program you can stay on for years, and continuously progress with.

Regain your motivation to train
Just training strength is boring. Just training conditioning is boring. Having a blend of the two is good. Having a seamless blend of mixed modality conditioning, multiple forms of strength training, aerobic conditioning, blah blah is best. This is Rx Athlete. And it will get you more motivated to train than you've been in years- no question.

Real Training, NOT RANDOM WODS.
Don't be fooled by all of the influencer-bullshit workouts. This program is designed by an actual expert.

Perform & Look Like An Athlete

Having it 'all' was once thought to not be possible with a training program, but making gains in all areas of fitness year-round is not only possible, it's happening with those that use my training.

FAQs
How long are the sessions?
All sessions range between 60-75 minutes to include your warm-up and cooldown.
How many days a week is the program?
There are 6 programmed sessions per week - 5 of the 6 are mandatory with the 6th Saturday session being optional.
Is there Olympic Lifting on this program?
Yes, both with barbells and kettlebells.
Is there skill work?
Every Saturday session includes a dedicated skill session.
What equipment do I need?
A barbell, kettlebells, multiple pieces of cardio equipment like an air bike and ski erg, dummbells, a jump rope, resistance bands.
What level of fitness does one need to have to perform this program?
10 years of serious training experience and at least 2 of those years being in CrossFit. If you've never done CrossFit, this is NOT the right program for you.
Do I need to have a background with CrossFit to do this program?
Ideally, yes as a lot of the terminology and modalities are things you've been exposed to before and know well otherwise there may be a lot that does not make sense with is program.
What can I expect from this program?
Within 90 days you'll see gains in strength and improvements in body-comp. You'll likely feel better within weeks of starting this program (excessive soreness and fatigue will be a thing of the past)
When should I start?
You can jump in on the training at any time. We run three week progressions with the same/similar variations but don't wait to start - the best time is right now!

"I’ve done a lot of programs in the past that have barely seen results at the cost of feeling run down, beat up and disappointed. After working with Jason through Rx Athlete (CrossFit competitor) and finally his CXC program I’ve seen the best gains I ever had. Not to mention the best I’ve ever felt."

"I am 45 years old and have been training for nearly 30 years now and have done all the programs known to man! As I got older, I hired a few online coaches to do custom programming and never was overly impressed, but with Jason I'm consistently moving forward!"

"As a former professional athlete, I've had access to some of the best coaches on the planet, but all pale in comparison to JBC. Jason's programming has simultaneously allowed me to correct imbalances while pushing all qualities of my fitness. Jason truly is the 'King of Programming.'"

"I've been training with Jason since his gym owner days and at almost 40 years old it keeps me pain free and in shape. I no longer have knee or shoulder issues which plagued me during my Crossfit years. And most importantly, I look forward to training every day!!!"
