Pro Purpose

In any sport you're either strong and fast or weak and slow. Your purpose in and out of the weight room will dictate your course as an athlete. Pro Purpose develops you in every aspect in the weight room so strength and speed will never be a limiting factor in your sport.

Speed is king at every level of athletics and strength builds speed. We run 3 week strength waves to avoid the law of accommodation to make sure you're always moving forward in training and never decelerating. Putting yourself in the correct position and moving weights with an explosive purpose generates speed turning you into a bullet not a bowling ball. Having the correct mixture of weight training, plyometrics, and metabolic conditioning will leave you with no gaps in your athletic performance.

Pro purpose is designed to take any athlete and develop their training to put them at their own pro level. Whether your goals are to run faster, be stronger, jump higher, make varsity, or earn that college scholarship this is the team for you.
