Do I need a gym to follow Prime Physique?
Yes. This program is built for those training in a gym with access to free weights and basic machines.
What if I miss a workout or start late?
No problem. You can jump in anytime and pick up right where you left off. Each week is designed to stand on its own while still progressing over time.
Can beginners join Prime Physique?
Absolutely. The structure is built for all levels. Beginners can scale intensity and build up, while advanced lifters will be challenged with volume, tempo, and progression.
Are nutrition or macros included?
While this isn’t full 1-on-1 nutrition coaching, I do drop macro tips, fat-loss strategies, and high-protein meal ideas to keep your results aligned with your training.
How is this different from a PDF program?
Prime Physique is dynamic - updated every week, tracked in-app, and designed to grow with you. No recycled templates, no guessing, and no more “what do I do today?” workouts.
Can I cancel anytime?
