Who is this program for?
It's for individuals of any level who want a clear, structured path to building muscle while losing fat.
Do I need access to a gym?
Yes, you need access to basic machines and free weights.
Do I need to do cardio?
There is cardio implemented throughout, but I do not believe in extreme cardio.
When I buy the program, do I have to start right away?
Nope! You get lifetime access to the app, you can start whenever you want, and you can adjust the days around to fit your schedule.
Is this a fat loss program or a muscle-building program?
It’s both. The goal is to build lean muscle while reducing body fat. Follow the path laid out for you and you will see results.
How necessary is locking in a diet?
You can see some results without locking in a diet, but to maximize the end result, you need at least a basic understanding of nutrition. If you want the fastest, most consistent results without guessing, the blueprint full bundle includes all nutrition guidance plus my high protein cookbook
Will I get the cookbook as well?
This takes care of the training only. The body transformation is the bundle that includes the training program, cookbook, macro target guidance, macro adjustment guide, & steps protocol
