In the Primal Tribe, you'll acquire tools to unlock your powerlifting potential, all while enjoying the support of the Primal Community. Blake Lehew, the owner of Primal Strength & Performance, envisions expanding its services and community nationwide. Primal Strength & Performance stands out with its unparalleled support system, setting it apart from any other gym.

With over half a lifetime dedicated to powerlifting, Blake's success is a testament to his dedication and personal sacrifice. As a self-made powerlifter, he has never relied on a coach, instead learning the ropes of the sport through a journey of trials and tribulations. His competitive history spans the raw, raw w/wraps, and equipped categories, setting records in each division.

Blake's coaching takes into account your daily stress levels, which is why the programming utilizes the RPE scale. He firmly believes that refining technique takes precedence over increasing weight on the bar. The aim of this training philosophy is to ensure longevity in the sport.
